There's nothing to like, there was lack of systematicity. No professionalism. High officials were procrastinating about everythingthing. And they want you to work for them for free.
Dislikes
No systematicity. No attention towards employees' requirements. No response towards employees' suggestions. Unwillingness to pay the employees and lack of communication across the institution.
