worked at Sira Consulting as a Technical Recruiter for one year, and my experience was highly disappointing. Here are some key reasons why I would not recommend this company: Lack of Transparency – The company operates in an unethical manner, and many processes lack transparency. No Incentives – Closures and purchase orders (POs) are often managed through financial transactions, leaving recruiters without the incentives they rightfully earn. Unprofessional Work Environment – Senior employees exhibit highly unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate and threatening conversations. Rigid and Unhealthy Work Culture – The office environment feels more like a school, with excessive micromanagement and unnecessary restrictions. High Work Pressure, Low Salary – The workload is intense, but the compensation does not match the effort required. Lack of Employee Consideration – Despite being the owners, Praveen Ready, Jaykant Pujari, and Swaminathan do not prioritize employees' incentives, salaries, or overall work culture. They mislead new joiners with false promises. Overall, Sira Consulting does not provide a professional, growth-oriented, or ethical workplace.
