Coordination of assigned construction field work and craft oversight and supervision.  Ensuring field work activities are performed in accordance with the written work plan, and implementation of Environmental, Safety and Health requirements.  Perform daily Prejob Briefings ensuring hazards are identified and mitigated.  Has responsibility and authority for the successful completion of the construction scope in accordance with company and customer requirements.  Provides daily direction of Construction Coordinators, craft job supervisors/foremen to ensure work on the POD is properly prioritized and performed  Ensures construction foreman have management support to perform work in accordance with the schedule Interfaces with operations to ensure preparations for planned work are understood and completed to allow work to be performed as scheduled  Addresses issues impeding work performance and progress in a timely manner  Fully aware of the project specification & drawings. Reported to the Site Engineer for any technical problem or inquiries in the project. Requisition of materials, tools and equipment needs. Controlled the use of material and avoid damages and waste.
