Just go and work like dehadi majdur even they use slang language on you don't give you salery on time if you will ask for your salery they will use slang and income case beat you simply when they want to give you salery then only they will give you can't ask for your salery . No future,not good environment,bad salary structure,overall bad exp for me after 3 yrs.life hell company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
