No Proper Management of the company, only firefighting operations, structurally poor, needs a good management personnel with technical knowledge.

Working there is horrible There is no such working hour Management is really horrible Only blame game is there no one is taking the responsibility for the work

The company should be closed down permanently. The management is the horrific. If you read this please try to avoid joining this company.

Work life? Hahahahaha There is no such thing as working hour You should work 14 15 hours a day. The boss of this company always says if I work 13 hours a day then you should work 14 15 hours a day for sure. No over time allowance. No other allowances.
