Just now I started my career in Silicon which is a nice company to learn the knowledge about all over the work what they are doing . But I didn't satisfied ,because of my designation, what I got selected for the designation but I'm doing all of the works so I want to change my career from silicon.

My teammates is so helpfull about the work,but work environment ,work-life balance is not satisfied with silicon
