They talk to you very politely but talk nuisance behind your back. There is no work appreciation. Me, along with many previous employees did not get our salaries. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
