The location of office is good. The only reason for you to join this organisation of offered a job is innovation. They'll let you work in your own way, you can research a lot and try them out at company's cost, you can learn a lot in a very short time in this organization.

Dislikes

There's no company culture, no benifits, no hikes atleast for 1 year, no paid leaves, sometimes you'd have to work for a long time. The team's size is at max 20 members. If you want to settle or you want good pay with vacations this is not the place. This is a hustle house where you'd have to work nights and days to develope new systems for customer.
