they lay off all staff,and didn't paid complete salary of march month,reduced salary. lay off wothout prior information.

Dislikes

They lay off their staff without any prior information. Didn't paid complete salary of march month & now salary has been reduced to 60%. Very late in payment of vendors & staff. Generally salary date is after 25 of next month. Work environment is horrible.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
