Compulsory to do atleast 1 year work for experience certificate. Do not give any joining letter or anything. Very bad work culture. Operaters on molding machine chew tobacco & spit in sink & below rubber mat. In night shift operators & production supervisor sleeps for atleast 2 hours daily & then increase machine speed to complete target & some of the time agers knew password of machine, they increase production numbers by typing manually. Some of them are below age of 18 years then only recruiters or company members do not care & do's this type of illigal work. Senior keeps much pressure on us & do not respect to each other & some of them spreads misconceptions about us behind our back. They use older machines which makes atleast 20% defective products & then they recycle & mix. Do not give leaves or any incentive....Read More
