I was able to learn more about yoga, also my physical flexibility is more. I did different courses like YTTC 200HR, PG Diploma in Yoga etc.... I have knowledge about children's yoga, therapeutic yoga, multi style yoga, Vinyasa yoga, wellness yoga and much more things 😊🙏🏻

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

I worked so hard like I did 4 classes in a day like 4 hours you can say but the outcome of my hardwork is not satisfactory.
