The company is manufacturing of ready mix concrete and good working together. I love my work professional and that I am a part of a management team. I am fully focused on accounting procedure.

Here the company directors not co-operating on my work and not satisfied my job.

Generally my work is completely start to end accounting and taxation work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
