Working with above company was overall good experience regarding job security . But they are not supported a single amount of money during COVID - 19 lockdown

Dislikes

No career growth no salary increment ( from last 4 years) no management give priority to new employees over old ones.

Work Details

I am site engineer ( execution) to supervise the structure finishing work of residential apartment according to given drawing.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
