Pay per hour is good. Homework sheets are provided so no need to prepare on our own.

Dislikes

No pay when a student doesn't turn up - Most of the students don't join the classes regularly letting us sit idle waiting for them to join without any pay. Also, the team isn't much responsive in contacting the student to join the class when we report that the student has not joined yet. Hence, at the end of the month we feel like having spent more time but receiving a less pay in hand.
