Its quite good experience last 1 year till now.. I have learnt many new things regarding Bill Of Purchase Itums, Designing Software Next Level Processes to make SPM machines, Measuring Instrument Knowledge, Enhance Communication Skill, Mechanical Engineering Concepts, Leadership Skills..

Dislikes

There are 3 things which i dislike.. 1) There is less Growth Rate of each and every Employees.. 2) Absence of Attendance system, Employees Id Cards, Regularity Power to work flow in proper manner.. 3) Less Disciplines restricted rules nd regulations..

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
