Good for trainees and freshers. Nothing else is good.

The corrupt, inhuman, filthy mouthed Plant Head of Uttarakhand location (Harish Bhakuni) doesn't like/ appreciate intelligent people around him and hires only those who can be hear verbal insult. Interviewed salary and actual will change in no time on his wish. He removes people left right and centre and keeps demanding experienced manpower. His decisions are like that of Sheikh of Middle East (unstable and headless) He make a toy of the owner of the company, who is better in understanding. People in production, HR, maintenance and store are verbally and personally insulted. Salary is paid like EMI or unstable terms. The management doesn't care of industrial safety norms even when many have lost limbs and had to do labour complaint for compensation. The Plant Head keeps shouting about 5S while the machines and electrical equipments are not maintained (due to lack of fund sanction to save money and show less expense) so doesn't give good production.
