So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? In its initial days, this company was normal, but with the passage of time insecurity in this company kept arising. The thinking of the management is very narrow here. They do not want to see their staff rising. There is no good salary and along with there are no other benefits and there is no growth opportunity here. If life is to be spent only then a job can be done here.
