I have a working as a HIV/AIDS,Health Counsellor during the 2006 to 2011, but i am not satisfaction by over all by management.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
