I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Culture of a company is nit good.... salary is not on time..some time they told company goes loss and nit released salary i suffer in this company 7 to 8 month when i get half salary after that when i quit my job they dont give my 2 months salary...such a bad experience
