In Shiur sugar industry, the electric part was cold, so controlling and maintaining the electric motor was difficult, so we could get the knowledge of electric. The management of the industry was very good, so it was easy to work. If the work experience in the industry is cold, then it can be permanent. If there was an accident in the industry, he used to stay on the side of the company.

Dislikes

Every man does work, but in that industry there was no weekly holiday in the season. There was no fast posting, and overtime used to be wintered and overtime payment was not received.

In the sugar industry electric maintanace every single one got to learn . When the season used to start, every day a new fault used to come, then he used to learn new things in resolving the fault.
