Nice workplace. Having job security. Develop your teaching as well as school administrative skill. Financial growth is ok. Perfect work and life balance. Principal and all staffs are well cooperative.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
