The management at this company was subpar, with poor quality control leadership in my department. It was marked by excessive micromanagement, and there was a clear bias in targeting certain employees for daily criticism, particularly those from Karnataka. This unfair treatment negatively impacted the careers of those around 8 to 10 individuals. often leading to forced resignations, with no flexibility for early reliving requests. Additionally, the HR policies in place were not employee-friendly, lacking essential benefits such as medical insurance, which is mandated by the government for manufacturing industries. Job security was virtually non-existent, and the prohibition of mobile phones in the workplace seemed outdated, given their crucial role in modern communication. Specifically within the Indian pharmaceutical industry, there is an urgent need for a change in mindset, as the upcoming generation of employees may be discouraged from pursuing careers in this sector, posing a significant concern for its future. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Increment process is slow, No free Transport, No free canteen, No insurance
