Likes

Good work environment and Culture but they give salary little and Bonus every Year as last year Salary such as.Company policy are ESIC & EPF for every Employees. They are supporting us giving mask &Sanitizer through Covid -19.Employees are servicing patient very carefully .Management has arranged mask for Every Patient .

Dislikes

Salary is little & career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting .I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
