Average work culture. Canteen food is terrible, even dogs can't eat this kind of food. Sr. Manager expects to attend meetings even if you are on leave. No written procedures to follow. Everybody works in clueless manner.

Job is not interesting. Terrible. You have to follow up each and everything with fellow departments. Everyday is full of struggle. No career growth. Company doesn't even bother for employee growth.
