Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

The design head is a big problem Politics are on the peek here Everyone is manager here Work interference is a big problem for ex if you give work to your junior they simply say pooja mam gave me this work And in the end they will blame you for not meeting the dead line No work and life balance they will call or message you at 2:30in the night, Colleague are like informants of bosses they inform everything to management like informants And if you still wanna join shaye I advice beware of fabric sourcing manager Priyanka And don't say just do what boss says you will survive. Unfortunately, there's no job security here. The Head Designer, Mr. Akshay Deep Singh, appears to be a good person, but he's two-faced - saying one thing but meaning another. No one will genuinely help you here, and you'll constantly feel stressed about something or other. The work expectations are extremely high, but the salaries are ridiculously low. To make matters worse: - Favoritism is rampant, and merit is ignored. - Communication is poor, and transparency is nonexistent. - The work environment is toxic, with constant gossip and negativity. - You'll be overworked and undervalued. - There's no room for growth or professional development. - The management is unapproachable and unresponsive. - The company's policies are unfair and biased. - The workplace is unhealthy and uncomfortable.
