Mainly the work culture, but compensation and benefits are really a class apart. Also, best place in terms of growth opportunities, both towards role and salary. Great place to work and learn. I got the opportunity to learn many new things and they were very flexible with me, especially for WFH option before pandemic. Best place to get a hike, learn some new skills and move n after 4-5 years. Even if it's communicated, people who work there know that there is good job security. But they take only those who are willing to learn the skill and deliver. Work life balance is decent and you are monetarily rewarded for good performance....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
