I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

first is job security ,second is self respect, boring Environment , just like a hell ,CTO is very rude he is never understand employee prob if you getting any one little mistake then u are targeting person in company and much play politics
