Self appraisal is an important component of an expanding company which sga does not focus so much on.Promotion and salary increment are good motivation for loyal and hard working employees

I was the technical manager .My department was the core central point of the company..I was tasked with coordination work.Coordinating my technical team,the sales team ,the management and the clients in the field to ensure smooth running of operations

On my first day at work people were friendly 😊 and within a short time I learned a lot,so for sure if given a chance I will work again today, tommorow or any other day
