Just because it is an NGO the job security can be said poor, the salary is minimum as compared to work, The higher level authorities are good but it's an average shoud have best, less chances of promotion or work for 2/3 projects.

Project works, analysis, Reporting to the Administration and Regional Management, Making projects Reviews at large. Visiting field areas for community development traings, herbal practice revival, Disaster management's, work with Block, district etc.
