I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. 1. No appraisal policy. 2. No 24×7 shift allowance for offshore employees 3. No proper shift timings 4. Even CEO here leaves the job with 2 years. 5. No payment for extra working hours. 6. HR Ramya Anand and her Manager Arvind Raghvan are useless for their jobs, they always show blank faces to their employees.
