I have worked at servion for an year and never felt that I am learning anything. When I joined servion as a fresher, the first induction between the manager and new hire happened after a month, there was no training given and no KT was given before assigning the task. I came straight out of college and a little KT or ramp up sessionwould have helped a lot. Taking a sick leave will be very difficult where as a lot of senior staff members are always working from home. I git scolded shouted and underestimated the whole time. For new project assignment they take interviews again. Your role can get changed anytime as they want. I working with java and all of a sudden one day they asked me to do support work on calls and too in the night shift. I told them being married i cant do night shifts but they said if you are not comfortable then leave....Read More

Not even a single benefit is there, there are people lying around with 20 years of experience and still the company is underperforming. In last one year no team outing happened. Food is not subsidized by company.no softskill training is provided and not even the technical training.
