They are not supporting the employees at all instead of that they are deducting salaries and even asking to join the office back in this pandemic. In the lockdown period, they were asking the employees to work more than 12 hours a day which is really terrible. No appreciation for good work. There is nothing to like about Seraphic. They can fire you anytime. Career growth is zero. The work environment is not up to the mark.
