I worked at Seo Beam for 3 years, and I want to share an honest review of my experience. While there were positive aspects, there were some significant issues that need attention. Work Culture: The work culture at [Company Name] was challenging. There seemed to be a lack of clear communication and collaboration among teams, which often led to confusion and delays in projects. Additionally, there was room for improvement in employee morale and support. Salary Issues: One of the biggest concerns during my tenure was the occasional delay in salary disbursements. This inconsistency caused financial stress and uncertainty for many employees. It's crucial for any organization to ensure timely and consistent payment to its employees.
