Not good company for Civil engineers

Dislikes

This company is not good since they doesn't have HR policys. Job secirity is purely less.if you talk against seniors means they will start firing on us . Giving unneccessary problems to us.All are working here from 8 to 10 years and they are not professional engineers diploma failed candidate's. We won't get any respect from contractors also since all are involved with company directors. Hectic job...Read More

Work Details

If your a professional engineer you can't able work here. Patience is very important here. Rowdism is also there in work area. Have to do work with too much patience. There is no support from seniors. From past 4 yeras incriment is not there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
