Mostly teammates are good and think about the company also all teammates are youth so easily to communicate and understand each other. One of Strength in the company that is if you want to learn or work in different -2 area then you should join the Sellershelpline.

Dislikes

Only one thing that is no employee benefits available during the job and work time or outstations. Due to hierachy not present so very difficult to manage all the things by the single person. Also Employees Turnover (Exit) ratio is very critical which is disaster for me and Company also.
