I like that the timings of the work hours are fixed. It does help with the work life balance of the employee.

Dislikes

This company doesn't have the basic heirarchy or chain of command. Salaries are given either extremely late or either not given for months together and you'd be shamed for asking for your salary. when an employee leaves the company, expecting to get the remuneration they owe you is a mistake on your end because they either pay you how much they feel like or don't pay you at all and block you. Professionalism is a myth at Scubeelate. It is okay for a man to openly shame you for talking to a male employee and nothing will be done about it, instead..you'll be questioned as to why you were talking to the employee int he first place. Sure, these are vague details but I do hope it is enough to gauge that if you're someone who values the fact that you'd want to work in a place where you are respected as a human, Scube isn't the place for you....Read More
