Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decreases as per their wish,Work not deserves the current salary

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but the training sessions helped me a lot . I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
