I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

There is nothing to like. The management is poor and sloppy. They do not even keep a register of their interns just so they can mooch off of them without providing anything in return.

Dislikes

They have on more than one occasion refused to acknowledge a person as an employee/intern denying them their hard earned certificate of completion.
