Literally everything Starting from their old school ideology of printing 100s of drafts ( talk about sustainability there) to not being flexible at all. Management comprises of bankers whi know nothing about development sector and only focuses on achieving targets! The number of people quitting from SBIF is alarming and yet they think its no issue at all. Horrible and stupid HRs and literally no accountability of work. I can go on and on...Read More
