SAVERA INDIA culture is pretty much similar whether in you work in Europe, India or elsewhere. Very rare quality in most MNCs - most MNC organizations customize their culture to India which can be “not so employee friendly”.

I like working with the team of savera,no burdon here,we do everything very smoothly,job also secured here but salary is not enough,balance of work and life.i love the fact that I am a part of Savera.......

Dislikes

Almost everything good here but growth is slow.we do handle the nursery kids which is very difficult.physical work is very high.....

Generally speaking, my work is teaching the small kids who come to the school first time as well as manage the all day to day activities related to the school.....

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
