They let their employees wait for almost a year for incentive. Do a deal in six months they won't fire you but this way you'll loose your own productivity. And because of this the ones who are hard working and performing every month they are also not getting any incentives.

One of the worst place to work in, they are laying off people even without priorly intimating them, really poor. And probably by this statement, you all know if you should work here or not, right? Just Don’t, imagine giving efforts and just being layed off just because they donot have a budget to pay you..HAHA Better look for some other place.
