I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

Instead of being blunt, I'm telling the reality, the only thing fine here is your can get hired even if you don't have any skill. Hence, it's one of the worst thing as well, because many in the management are there either by licking shoes and their *** (according to gender) or you are a Sindhi. And seriously, this a government job for sindhi's, the payment here is also provided by Sindhi Pay Commission. Tips: Never, not even by mistake, get into Content department, as long as you hate being humiliated and want to stay unskilled. This should be the foremost tip: Always speak up, never accept humiliation or anything you feel wrong. Source: If let them step over you, and they'll keep doing it. If you're a learner, stop taking permission, do it yourself, as here is a policy, that says don't let them learn, or they'll create their own association (which they are most afraid about). There are some adopted one's here, who neither can go anywhere else, nor can be fired, hence these people will be with you like a friend but actually are Aastin ka Saaanp (with loads of makeup) Concluding my words, if anyhow still you want to experience, keep the tips in your mind (and avoid melting with fake smiles) Despite if you reached, and wanna "hum kon hain", just show this review to one of the employees....Read More
