Instead of being blunt, I'm telling the reality, the only thing fine here is your can get hired even if you don't have any skill. Hence, it's one of the worst thing as well, because many in the management are there either by licking shoes and their *** (according to gender) or you are a Sindhi. And seriously, this a government job for sindhi's, the payment here is also provided by Sindhi Pay Commission. Tips: Never, not even by mistake, get into Content department, as long as you hate being humiliated and want to stay unskilled. This should be the foremost tip: Always speak up, never accept humiliation or anything you feel wrong. Source: If let them step over you, and they'll keep doing it. If you're a learner, stop taking permission, do it yourself, as here is a policy, that says don't let them learn, or they'll create their own association (which they are most afraid about).
