There is no like every things are toxic

There is lot of politics inside the sarda and There is no NPD and R&D Department and they are promice to you give more salary but they give max 25K-30k Specially my suggestion who are graduate from CFTRI, NIFTEM & ICT don't join to these company. There is only quality and production related work and if they told you go to the night shift then you don't have any option otherwise they will Immediately terminate you no notice period. And the location is very worst as well people are very narrow minded. Work culture is very toxic...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
