The company always accepts new and innovative ideas. The working environment is another plus point I've experienced here in SanHhomes. A good understanding between the colleagues helps one to be more productive and sincere in his work and that's what I like about working at SansHomes.

The company at it's starting stage faces lot of hurdles. It takes time to climb up to the top spot, until then everyone's an underdog. SansHomes requires a lot of equipped employees so as to manage the company. That'll help the company to be a successful one.

My work in the company was challenging as well as fruitful. I gained a lot knowledge. Since the company focused more on the betterment of the employees, I was always encouraged. It allowed me to work more comfortably and confidently..

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
