Worst business policy that will not suit for Freight Industry No Hybrid model Worst HR & Travel policy No benefits for employees interms of Monetary & other aspects Strick work policy, even one minute deviation also result in LOP. Even in Worst case also WFH Not allowed. Contracting is the worst part. Which will be hindrances to business development

Men are free to work late night till they wish to but for women they dont allow staying more than 7PM....I just who is making this kind of policy and if they care so much about women then why dont they start a cab service.. management itself is living in 20th century
