Tje former principal was vvv. Gud n at his time alll thing were bvv nice.

Currently working acting principal is very bad in behaviour.she insult peoples She is very irritating. She never show humanity to anyone

Eralier it was good when principal was Dr Chauhan but now it's is bad worse worseee when college have a new wicked lady as an acting principal whose paper work is not complete

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
