From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

Initial growth was good.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No constructive criticism from a mentor, very rude behavior. The agreement was for an unpaid internship for one month and then paid internship from next month. When asked for a stipend as promised I was given rude answers and very pathetic behavior from the mentor. Do not work here, especially for free of cost even if asked for one month only. They will use the work you did in one month for free.

I was Game Artist Intern. I was given low poly 3d models to make. All models are expected to be delivered in 1 day.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
