I have never worked with such an amazing company so far. The people are extremely helpful when you're stuck somewhere n Salesforce gives amazing perks n good pay compared to other companies

Dislikes

Employees in India have Indian mentality as they engage in office politics with Indian employees only. There are no WFH options for employees working from India but as per the company norms, WFH is the company's policy

No work life balance, now they have reduced the salary, no remote work option, no offices in pune for support, no fair promotion, not at all feels like a product company but it feels more like a bpo now.The above views are from perspective of a support egg. High paced organisation, with a lot of work and learning pressure. Sales dominates in how things are driven, managers are not seasoned and it affects how they need to handle situation. Organisation is not bad at all but it depends on which team and which manager you are mapped to!

The people, the work, and respect of worklife balance and being allowed to own your career.

Dislikes

The influx of people that have been focused on removing the culture that made it such a great place to work. Been eliminating a lot of great roles and programs there were of a lot of value to customers, to focus more on selling. Invest in your customers and partners and long term this should drive sales and ACV growth.

Their leadership and upper management. Also there is so much of unnecessary team politics. And the work is very redundant, nothing much to learn in analytics side of Salesforce. Just keep completing those stakeholders requirements without knowing why are we doing it.

The facilities they provide for their employees are exceptional. They have designated salary ranges for each position. If you get a role, they will offer you compensation within that range, regardless of your current package.

Dislikes

Getting promotions can be extremely difficult. Your total years of experience hold little value. If the interviewer likes you, you might secure a high position with minimal experience. Conversely, if the feedback is unfavourable, you might end up in a low position despite having extensive experience.
