Culture is good, minimum micro-managemet

Official cutoff for promotion: 1.5 years Real cutoff for promotion: 3 years minimum Salary growth is very low, 8% hike is standard for everyone and at every level very slow company in terms of technology adoption and if you really want to do something right it might take you ages

It’s a great place to work. You will create a comfort zone with this company. The leave benefits and health allowances are best. You will not feel like you are working but it feels like a part of your life. You will definitely enjoy working with ADP.

Dislikes

There will be frequent management and leadership changes. Due to which employees has to start performing again and has to prove themselves to the new leader. By the team there is an opportunity created for the employees again a chnage in leadership will happen.

Nothing overall SBS is pathetic in ADP , it was such a trauma working over there.

Dislikes

SBS is the worst domain and management is Pathetic, they never value your work life balance and force you for overtime, plus they promote wrong people who never support you and just dominate you.

Only taking my BU in consideration, i.e. SBS, It is a pleasure working there. The peers are friendly and they are always step forward to help us out if we are facing any issue. The product is also quite stable as per the market and has a consistent growth over the years. They use a very wide range of tech stake, so there is a lot oflearning opportunities there. They are also incorporating a lot of new modern technologies in their product like pod design and AI. Work culture is also good. Few of the HR policies are hindering good work life balance. There was monthly compliance where the employee has to be in office for 60% of days in month as a hybrid work model is followed. But then weekly compliance was announced. Now, employee has to come 55% of days in a week. For normal scenarios it is nice, but for employees who are coming from far to work at this company, when they want to go back home for festivals or some emergencies, these compliances causes a lot of trouble as now you would have to take a lot of holidays to meet these compliances. You can get WFH but that's not at all easy job. I would say for like 70% cases you won't get the WFH. My only gripe is that these compliances can have few more exceptions and flexibility for certain cases, for more employee ease....Read More

It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Worst management who don’t know what’s happening in the company and will take random decisions to spoil your career. Great place to upskill yourself and learn almost everything about the process from the best in the industry. Good workplace culture and they encourage time off for a mental break.
