So Much of Office Politics, Poor TL especially Ajay Talluru Sundar, I recommend don't work under him & His Manager Sai Sandeep they both are very uncooperative & Gives so much work Pressure to the Associates, No SA, SME & QA is there no Support If errors Comes than they mental Torture You & Place You In PIP, Worst Company I have worked with.

When it comes to dislike, I would say regarding the project what I gone through, there is no proper solution provided or no proper SOP to resolve the cases, because of that the quality of the work will get affected awfull, The work satisfaction will aslo comes to play when it is awful......

I dislike to work on National process actually I want to move different process and to learn new things but they are not leaving with this national teams i applied IGP but they management not responding properly why they PPL not responding i don't know

Till now before Legaro it was okay later after changing to Carelon it's becoming worthless of work and salary which getting paid. Also, now removing the allowances then it remains regular compare to other company, mostly we choosen this company to opt the good pay but that main thing is remaining as fail to get it.

Company atmosphere, facilities, I'm thankful to the company for giving a greate opportunity. Its helps me lot to grow in future.

Dislikes

Team leader and Assistant Manager behaviour, they are didn't take any feedback back from hardworking employees they are only selecting only the people who is good with them. I'm carelon they are leading politics between associate.

No vision in leadership leading to company being stagnant from 4 years Lot of politics at higher management level Being a product company, we are working more like a service company Onshore treating carelon employees as vendor resource with no respect Lot of favouritism with few individuals by supervisors

Very good place to work and all the facilities are very nice. even they provide development programs and trainings as well.

Dislikes

They won't provide any promotions. If they give training programs they won't select us. it's complete depend on the manager. If the candidate have all the skills to move to the another roll managers won't agree with that.

Micromanagement is at it's peak.Onshore who are actually NRI are not good in behaviour they thought that they are right and every another person don't know anything about that.
